POST-CONSTRUCTION

As construction nears completion, we conduct a comprehensive punch process to ensure every element meets our standards.
We walk the home with you, reviewing systems, finishes, and maintenance considerations so that you feel fully comfortable in your space. Final adjustments are addressed promptly and with care.
Our relationship does not conclude at handoff. A thoughtfully built home deserves continued stewardship, and we remain available should questions arise as you settle into your completed home.
